What is the EB-5 Program?
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) program that allows qualified foreign investors, along with their spouse and unmarried children under 21, to become eligible for U.S. lawful permanent residence (a Green Card) by making a qualifying investment in a new commercial enterprise that creates or preserves the required number of U.S. jobs.

JOB CREATION
